Social Home Improvement is about making home improvement a social activity. Connecting neighbors and local contractors so everyone benefits.
It’s about saving time and money for sure. But it also means more.
It’s about empowering small businesses. It’s about bringing neighborhoods together for common goals.
It’s about shared resources, and the power of social technology to benefit many.
It’s also about saving instead of wasting. Saving gas driving around, saving costs on shipping and materials, and not wasting precious time we could use for better purposes.
We see Social Home Improvement as a movement. A direction to head in: one that connects us and benefits us all.
It’s for this reason that we exist. And it’s for this reason that we donate a percentage of our revenue to local trade organizations, and equal opportunity housing initiatives.
